For over 20 years Ira Riklis has been chairman of C.O.P.S. Monitoring, a company that provides alarm monitoring services to more than 3,100 independent alarm dealers. It is the second largest wholesale monitoring company in the US.

Ira Riklis holds stakes in other companies related to home and commercial alarm accounts. He has invested in many companies, including:

• A hedge-fund consolidation company
• Ski-equipment rental chain
• Various real estate partnerships with an emphasis on strip malls.

Most interesting Ira Riklis is co-producer of a new movie called Lemon Tree. It’s a drama about a Palestinian woman who defends her lemon grove against an Israeli official. In Hebrew, Arabic, French, and English. The director is Eran Riklis, Ira’s cousin.
